Olu is also an Intrapreneur; creating and leading change from within his organisation. Some of the things he’s been involved in include co-leading the launch of KPMG's Reverse Mentoring programme, where he mentors KPMG’s Global Chief Operating Officer on inclusion and diversity. Within 2 years, he helped grow the programme from 1 to 160 colleagues across KPMG offices in the UK and this attracted endorsement from senior leaders such as Sir Richard Branson. He also created KPMG's first Black Entrepreneurs Award in 2018, providing opportunities for black entrepreneurs to grow their business through KPMG’s financial support, resources and expertise.
